Located at Rumelihisar on Bosphorus, Asiyan Museum is the former residence of the famous Turkish poet Tevfik Fikret (1867 - 1915). The mansion was designed and built my the poet himself. In addition to an exibit of the personal belongings of Tevfik, there is a room devoted to the poet Nigar Hanim. One of the special piece of the museum is the painting of Caliph Abdulmecid Efendi.
