LOST AND FOUND OFFICE

Ataturk Airport International Terminal Lost and Found Office aims at enabling the owners of items lost in the terminal and the car park to recover their belongings. Of the 10,545 found items, 8906 have been returned to their owners since May, 2004. It is a priority with a returned item ratio of 84.46%. The Lost and Found Office is located at the Departure Floor of the terminal.
Belongings may be claimed at the Lost & Found Office between 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

LOUNGE SERVICES

INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL
'primeclass' lounge: It is a part of the TAV 'primeclass' CIP service, with world class comfort in a modern lounge.
Turkish Airlines Lounge: Welcomes passengers flying with THY.
British Airways Lounge: Offers exquisite lounge services for British Airways passengers.
Millennium Lounge: Offers world class services for the First Class and Business Class passengers of contracted airlines.
Advantage Lounge: Lounge service offered for Advantage Card holders.
Wings 'primeclass' International Lounge: Holders of various cards issued by Akbank as well as 'primeclass' passengers can enjoy all services offered in this lounge.
Garanti Zone Lounge: Holders of various cards issued by Garanti Bank can enjoy all services offered in this lounge.

CONFERENCE HALLS
One can use the fully equipped TAV conference halls without having to leave the terminal building. The Tepe Conference Hall, which has 70 seats can house a 132 person party and has 132 square meters of space for theatrical purposes. The Akfen Conference Hall has 200 seats and can host a cocktail party for 225 people with its 225 square meter area. The third hall is the F. Ergokmen Hall, which has 50 seats. This hall which covers and area of 93 square meters can host a party for 95 people.


LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICES
The luggage storage unit is located on the arrival floor of the terminal and is open round-the-clock. Passengers are charged a daily fee which is calculated after the collection of the luggage. The fees are as follows:
Big size package 15,00 TRY per day
Normal size luggage 12,00 TRY per day
Handbag 10,00 TRY per day
Small size package (plastic bag etc.) 8,00 TRY per day

There are 46 public telephones in the boarding gate area. There are another 8 in the Food Court.
DEPARTURE FLOOR ( Curb Side )
There are 8 public telephones on the curb side of the departure floor. 4 of these phones are at exit gates.
ARRIVAL FLOOR ( Curb Side )
There are 2 phones here. 1 is on the side of the Information Desk while the other is behind the Florist.
ARRIVAL FLOOR ( Carousel Area )
There are 8 phones in this area. 4 of them are opposite carousel No. 7 and the other 4 are opposite carousel No. 4.

There are 6 ladies' rooms, 6 men's rooms, 6 toilets for the handicapped, 6 infant care rooms and 6 cleaning rooms.
DEPARTURE FLOOR (Apron Side)
There are 16 ladies' rooms, 16 men's rooms, 7 toilets for the handicapped, 10 cleaning rooms and 4 infant-care rooms.
ARRIVAL FLOOR (Curb Side)
There are 2 ladies' rooms, 2 men's rooms, 2 toilets for the handicapped, 2 infant care rooms and 2 cleaning rooms.
ARRIVAL FLOOR (Carousel Area)
There are 2 ladies' rooms, 2 men's rooms, 2 toilets for the handicapped, 2 infant care rooms and 2 cleaning rooms.
ARRIVAL FLOOR (Cleared Area)
There are 4 ladies' rooms, 4 men's rooms, 3 toilets for the handicapped and 3 cleaning rooms.


PORTER SERVICE
When passengers have more baggage than the amount they can carry on a trolley, they can ask for the help of a porter in the area of entrance gates on the Departure floor and in the area of baggage carousels on the Arrival floor.

VALLET SERVICE
Garanti Bank and Advantage Card-holders can take advantage of the 24 hour valet service by handing their vehicles over to the personel in front of the terminal building. Passangers can also pick their vechicles up at the same location on their return at an adventageous rate.

SOUVENIRS
Passengers can buy souvenirs of Turkey in the souvenir shops on the departure floor of the terminal.

All Turkish and foreign publications are on sale at the bookshop on the departure floor.


GROCERY
Packaged food and beverages, as well as gifts such as Turkish delights, are on sale in the market on the Departure Floor. Open: 24 hours.


FLORIST
"Florist Airport" is located in the Arrival Hall in the Ataturk Airport International Terminal for the convenience of passengers and visitors. The shop sells fresh flowers as well as dried ones, souvenirs and accessories. It is also a member of the international florists' network called " Inter Flowers ". Thanks to this florist, you can send a bouquet before you arrive or after you leave. Fresh flowers cost approximately 3-5 millions per bouquet while dry ones cost 5 to 10 million liras.
